Virat Kohli had clashed with the umpire in the match between KKR and RCB at Eden Gardens. Due to this behaviour, he has been fined 50 percent of his match fee. RCB lost this match to KKR by one run.
Royal Challengers Bangalore informed that Virat Kohli has violated the IPL Code of Conduct in the match played against KKR at Eden Gardens. He has been fined 50 percent of his match fee. Virat Kohli has accepted his mistake. Virat Kohli is guilty of Level 1 of Article 2.8 of the IPL Code of Conduct.

Harshit Rana's first ball in the third over was a high fulltoss, which Virat
Kohli tried to hit. In his attempt, the ball came into the hands of Harshit. KKR
appealed to the umpire regarding Virat's dismissal. Virat felt that the ball was
above the waist, hence there would be a no ball.
Virat immediately took help of DRS. When the third umpire looked through Hawk
Eye, Kohli was seen moving ahead of the crease. The third umpire declared Virat
out. Kohli appeared quite angry with this decision. He was seen showing his
anger to the umpire.
When Virat Kohli was leaving the pavilion, he showed his anger to everyone by
slamming the bat. After that, after coming out of the field, he dropped the
dustbin kept near the dugout with his gloves. After this action he was fined.
